Ordered a costume from this company for my son who is 7. I ordered size 7-9 and it swamped my son. I had to send it back, which was a simple process and refund was paid back in days.

Scumbags!
Item was returned over a year ago, never received a refund and since then have tried to make contact every couple of months only to be ignored, still want my money back.

Package did not arrive on time, after paying extra for quick delivery. Couldn't return wig, even though it hadn't been unpacked.

Costume badly packaged in a box that was far too small, and then got damaged and burst open in transit. The wings for the fairy costume were bent from being forced into the box, but the company accepted no liability and we were left out of pocket for the cost of returning the damaged costume.

Found the ideal hobby horse for grandson aged 3. Easy to order, prompt despatch and delivered today. Even better, it looks exactly as expected, good quality.

Disappointed!!! Ordered stockings for Halloween, tights arrived, even the invoice stated stockings. Sent an email stating not happy but too close to halloween to send back. Would have liked a reply but heard nothing. I know we are in the midst of covid but an email is not impossible!!!!

Really impressed with this company, the lady on the phone Natalie was extremely helpful and guided me with the right outfit for me. Delivery time was spot on as well. Will defiantly order from here again. :)

Really enjoyed getting all the fancy dress stuff for the kids party. They had everything we needed. A big range of outfits that you just cannot buy in town. The quality of materials used is good. Not the cheap stuff you can buy for peanuts online.

The price was also not bad. The only problem is that kids will fight over the different costumes. Oh well.

If we do another fancy dress party then this is where I will be spending my money.
